Clamp Meters
QRS Calibrations offers high quality clamp meters manufactured by Extech Instruments. Extech clamp meters are designed for any environment including AC, DC, and AC/DC. Specific models function with a non-contact voltage detector (NCV), IR thermometer, single and dual thermocouple thermometers. All of these clamp meters are ISO 9001:2008 certified by TUV.
Clamp meters work as electrical testers, combining voltmeter function with a clamp current meter. Once the clip or jaws are attached to the conductor, these instruments can measure current and other values. Clamp meters are also called clamp-on meters, amp clamp, amp probes, and clamp-on amp meters.
